Team Work is the means of having a group of individuals eager, willing to accomplish a mission, an ultimate goal together.  Goal-oriented approaches usually occur in such team-settings: -Feedback -Strategies -Ideas -Concepts & proper protocols to continue the assignments/agendas at play.  -Team-effort and willingness to succeed no matter the obstacles and challenges that come alongside the team's mission and goals.  -Meetings  Team work can accomplish a lot. Sometimes, a leader head thinks they can accomplish everything on their own and that most likely leads to burnout, excessive obsession in obtaining goals-met, pride, egotistical approaches, narcissistic views.
